•Over 35 years in the video game industry creating iconic, industry-defining peripherals such as Rock Band and the world’s first mass market low-cost digital camera.

•Creator and owner of over 35 patents across multiple categories including soft goods sanitization. 

Tracy is a design entrepreneur, industrial designer and inventor. She formed Doodat Design, Inc a full-service design consulting firm, focused on consumer products and interactive products with content.  She has successfully led the design of many complex, tech-based consumer goods for some of the world's most iconic companies, Warner Bros, Disney, Mattel, Spin Master, and MGAE.

Susan Paley was the first CEO of Beats by Dre, a brand that transformed the consumer audio landscape.  Most recently she was CEO of DropLabs, a company engineering smart haptic technology.

Susan brings over 20+ years of product leadership in consumer technology. She has worked with global, emerging, and disruptive brands such as Beats by Dr. Dre, JBL, GM, Chrysler/Fiat, HP, Quiksilver/Roxy, Nickelodeon, Universal Music Group, JBL and Harman Kardon.

Her expertise: developing businesses from inception to scale that is focused on transforming markets to capture significant revenue and consumer mindshare.

Jack Goldberg has been an industry leader in lighting design and construction since founding his first company Westco Electrical Contractors in 1982.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer with a focus on commercial, residential, hotel, and government construction projects.  He formed Westco Smart Homes to focus his expertise on environmental automation for lighting, sound and energy management, energy compliance and enabling interior space for themed lighting and music.  Jack has been written up in many prominent industry periodicals and is actively sought out as a member of several online forums. His projects are found across the United States, France, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Thailand, the Philippines, and North Africa and he has consulted on many prestigious projects internationally.
